Invest in the Future of Farmers and Food Security
FuelPositive, in collaboration with industry leader Stantec, is activating Canada’s first on-farm Green Ammonia system. This is the final step toward local fertilizer and fuel independence for farmers everywhere.
The Company’s first FP300 pilot has been delivered and is undergoing its final certification. It is now ready for activation, the next step toward the demonstration phase and the ramp-up to manufacturing the FP1500 system, designed to support farms of approximately 10,000 acres.
Activating the demonstration system now is essential to fulfilling commitments, unlocking the full potential of the technology, and maintaining the Company’s momentum and first mover advantage with prospective customers, suppliers, and partners.
FuelPositive has launched a $5 million non-brokered LIFE financing to achieve this. The funds will allow the Company to activate its first system, finance the demonstration phase, protect new intellectual property (wholly owned by FuelPositive), optimize performance, secure commercial manufacturing agreements, confirm sales, and generate revenue.
This financing is an opportunity to participate in a major technological and agricultural shift. Farmers face supply chain breakdowns, volatile pricing, global conflicts, labour strikes, aging infrastructure, and the escalating impacts of climate change. Fertilizer delays or shortages can destroy a crop, threaten a family’s livelihood and mental health, and discourage future generations from farming, all while putting global food security at risk.
FuelPositive’s on-farm decentralized systems offer a direct way around these vulnerabilities, empowering farmers to control their own supply, costs, and resilient future. By supporting this financing, investors can help bring a proven, Canadian-built solution to market, developed in collaboration with trusted partners like Stantec. Together, this can address urgent agricultural needs, reduce emissions, and strengthen food security at a critical historical moment.
